Why a Coach?
Coaching at a transformative level enables lasting growth, that isn’t applied to one set of circumstances.
Paradigm coaching solutions are fleeting and based on solving problems with endless methods. But there aren’t enough techniques for all of life’s journeys. This approach is like playing wackamol with the universe; we run exhausted and solutions look limited. When we narrow our aperture in difficult situations, we see less possibilities.
Achieving and wanting success is exciting. But chasing it can also be an emotional and physical rollercoaster if it doesn’t go as planned. Our achievements do not predict our next one. Together, we see that we can be in fear, failure, or worry, and that our highs and lows are not a roadblock to success, but what makes us human. We begin to understand that our beliefs and feelings aren’t the truth of who we are. Truth is unshakable and doesn’t change, but who we think we are changes daily. We begin to notice the layers of our self created concepts dissolve without even trying. Allowing the emergence of our true selves regardless of what we believe. Respecting the neutrality in our thinking, there is less ‘efforting’ to change our circumstances. We gain valuable bandwidth when we stop trying to solve what isn't there so we can see what really is.
Seeing the world beyond our thinking, we see the world in an entirely new way. When you think it, you feel and create from it.
Sounds easy. But living a good life doesn’t need to be hard, either.
So, that’s why you need a coach.
“If the only thing people learned was to not be afraid of their experience, that alone would change the world”- Sydney Banks
